I agree to participate in the full duration of the Savannah Christmas Market from November 19th 2026 – January 3rd 2027. Optional Opening dates will be Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

I agree to operate my booth during all official Christmas Market days (November 19 through January 3) and hours (daily from 11am to 9pm) and to be fully set up before opening each day (with optional opening days on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.) I understand that early closure or failure to adhere to market hours may affect future participation and will be subject to fines (failure to open $200/day; late opening or early closing ($100/ instance) Any changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances must be mutually agreed upon with event management.
