  • Applicants register their interest in becoming vendors
  • Plant Riverside District team to review all applicants

Phase 2

  • Selection of qualified applicants
  • Qualified applicants receive the official vendor application

Phase 3

  • Applicants return the application, including signed Terms & Conditions
  • Vendors receive confirmation and invoices
