Catadores Club Tequila Dinner Series
This ongoing series will pair authentic Mexican-inspired cuisine with acclaimed tequilas and international tequila experts, offering an interactive learning experience about spirits, food and culture. Every month, top tequila brand ambassadors will be on hand to lead attendees through guided tastings, offering the opportunity to sample special selections that are rarely seen in Savannah.
Tickets for the October 19 dinner are $95++ per person and include four courses of Mexican cuisine, tequila pairings, tableside cocktail experiences and guided tastings from Casa San Matias brand ambassadors.
The 2023 Catadores Club Tequila Dinner schedule will feature the following tequila brands, which will be strategically paired with creative Mexican cuisine designed to complement the featured spirits:

Savannah Tequila Company invites you to join our family-style tequila dinner event on October 19th, 2023 featuring Casa San Matias. The dinner will highlight San Matias Tahona, one of only three tequilas in all of Mexico made exclusively by a tahona. Tahona is a very large stone wheel that crushes the roasted agave in order to extract the liquid for distillation. This traditional practice has subsided tremendously due to modern advancements in the agave spirit production. When the family located the original Tahona from 1886 in excellent condition, the brand decided to launch this line to celebrate this discovery and to honor over 130 years of crafting tequila. This artisan, small-batch line will be accompanied by uniquely curated culinary pairings and an immersive cocktail experience.

Savannah Tequila Company with Hornitos Tequila cordially invites you to join us November 1st, 2023 to commemorate Dia de los Muertos, also referred to as Day of the Dead, on the first evening of the two-day celebration. Dia de los Muertos is a very culturally significant holiday in Mexico that honors deceased family members with the belief that their souls return to visit. During the holiday, grand altars are created, displaying family photos, candles, flowers, and offerings to the passed loved ones, such as favorite dishes and favorite spirits, such as Tequila or Mezcal. Come participate in a one-of-a-kind Day of the Dead themed Tequila Tasting dinner, as we combine traditional cuisine pairings and immersive cocktail experience, along with an education session with a Hornitos spirit specialist.
